- grecy 6y agoAs the laws exist today, it's very, very clear you are legally driving when using any driver-aid technology.
- jedimastert 6y agoHe was responsible for the operation of the vehicle. I believe the legal definition is who's in the driver seat while the car is on
- Arnt 6y agoLift your hands from the wheel, close your eyes, drive into something and afterwards say you weren't driving. Well, you weren't.
