I either use Longhorn (https://longhorn.io/ https://longhorn.io/) or TopoLVM (https://github.com/topolvm/topolvm https://github.com/topolvm/topolvm), depending on what I need.
Rook (https://rook.io/ https://rook.io/) is also cool.
