But I'm still confused by your "Excess deaths? This is dishonest" remark. I read the Wikipedia quote as noting communist party rule generally results in large numbers (i.e. excessive) of deaths, a factor that is inherent in the communist party system of rule. That is very similar to the point you are trying to make. In any case I agree with your points from above which clearly show many people have died under communist party rule and I also think the Wikipedia page that you referenced suggests likewise.
