Interestingly enough, there is an internal debate right now on SO about how to handle outdated answers [1]. I've never used Teams but I can already imagine how the same problem applies to Teams too. I guess it's even worst because technical answers usually get outdated after several years, but in every company I worked, processes usually changed every 2-6 months.
