Agreed. But maybe Amazon.com has more potential to "disrupt" the US healthcare industry than any kind of traditional legislation. And... maybe that disruption could benefit actual people? (I really don't know) But I don't see the US government being able to do anything serious in the near term, with the forces of overpowered lobbying and general insanity working against it.
