DNA databases are too white, so genetics doesn’t help everyone
- desktopninja 6y agoSaddens me to see science and science journals embrace and continue perpetuate the nonsensical concept/ideology of race. Human migration has long existed and people of different backgrounds have always mixed. It wasn't until relatively recently, i.e. with increased prosperity, that homogeneous groups of people grew in size and established borders to keep it that way. It should come as no surprise also that all humans have African ancestry. And by Jim Crows “one-drop rule”, which still is prevalent in the Western world (2021), that makes us are all black. This entertainment science needs to stop and let real science prevail. Let's call it what it is, tribalism.
