I don't look for roommates, just get my own place so the options are not quite as you described. Maybe you can post a ad to look for a roommate and find a place together that way? Not sure if that would work.
BTW, I responded to an earlier reply from another thread
- jackbean 15y agoThought about getting my own studio, but don't really want to sign a 6-12 month lease, not to mention furnishing the entire place only to have to move.
- steventruong 15y ago6 month lease isn't bad. I moved around a bit too but in all honesty, moving sucks. Hopefully you're not looking to do a lot of that.
