  When prices go down, we all welcome it, but isn't it just as informing as price rises, of collusive behaviour? Functionally, its a duopoly. This is a duopoly of rent-seekers.

    15% is "nothing"... Do you know KaiOS? The commission of the crappy KaiosTech (generated via the ads) is 70% https://www.kaiostech.com/sub-agreement/ https://www.kaiostech.com/sub-agreement/ " As regards the Net Revenue generated from Advertising: 30% of Net Revenue to Developer. 70% of Net Revenue to KAI."
