I have some personal Swift-on-the-server projects deployed in "production" (as in, I use them every day, but I'm the only user) and it works great for me. They're running in Docker containers deployed to Heroku; there might be better ways to deploy it, but I'm not a backend engineer anymore so this is as much as I knew how to do. I haven't tried it on Windows yet, but I know that it is officially supported now.
