  TFA says 'includes' child porn. Pretty sure Twitter will surely comply to remove CP also when non-russion entities ask for it. Think Russia is actually more concerned with banned stuff deeper down on the blacklist.

    Sure, just like taking down free speech or right-leaning sites 'included' 'calling for violence'.       Not taking down this content is indefensible! Still not totally buying that Russias primary intent is to remove child porn and similar atrocious content.
