- Cthulhu_ 6y agoI don't believe actively sending false claims of copyright infringement can be called 'civil' still. It's going for the offense, instead of passively resisting.
- mrguyorama 6y agoThe entire point of civil disobedience is to commit a crime (and usually do the time) in order to raise awareness about the unjustness of said crime
