- tony101 6y agoiOS indeed allows users to specify which photos an app has access to. https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-use-the-limited-photos-picker-in-ios-14-for-added-privacy/ https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-use-the-limited-... In this case, Google Photos detects this and blocks the user from using the app unless they get full access to everything.
