We've also been super concerned about reliability because a lot of earlier companies in the space have struggled with it. A lot of our IP is actually around reliability so I can't share everything but the high level of it is that: 1) We design every system with reliability as a top priority. 2) We're building in several layers of fault recovery mechanisms. 3) Most of the steps of our process have redundancy built in, so that even if something fails everyone still gets their lunch until a tech shows up.
