Good luck to you! One huge frustration I've had as a customer is the unavailability of healthy fast food. I spent five months in Berkeley and ate at Sweetgreen all the time. Now, I'm back in Columbia, SC where I work at a large university. If there was a Sweetgreen, or something similar, near campus then I would eat there 1-2x a week. So I'm hoping that your efforts will lead to healthy and fast restaurants opening in places where they aren't currently viable.
