The golden age of YouTube is over
- etempleton 6y agoI have noticed that the algorithm has changed somewhat recently and not for the better. I am constantly being pushed music videos of genres and musicians I do not like, YouTube’s terrible original programming, and click bait. Nothing like I actually watch or am subscribed to. It is strange because I feel YouTube was once one of the few good recommendation engines. At the same time YouTube is home to a lot of great really high quality content, it is just up to me to know what to search to find it because it is never going to be recommended to me.
