I very often hear from people who use two or more instant messengers (especially at work) that they are worried about the scattering of information in different places. You can communicate with the same person in Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp and so on, and when you want to find the necessary information with him in correspondence, you spend a lot of time to get it.
