I support and agree with your sentiment. Western countries are to blame, but _Biomass should not count as renewable_ It is not carbon neutral. Monocultures requires petrol based inputs (and petrol reliant for output), and store less than half the c02 of an old growth forest. Biomass was one of the biggest mistakes in the green movement.
