- absolute100 6y agoMathias Meyer with an excellent framework to help you feel the team is more proactive and autonomous by focusing on setting clear expectations. It's also worthwhile to take a project or two and set an example for the things you ask. Show them how you'd approach it by always explaining your decision process and why you do things in a certain way or a certain order.
