- smitty1e 6y agoUsed to think elections were the feedback loop to address these sorts of problems. That is no longer clear.
- TMWNN 6y agoI was sure, and stated on Hacker News as much, that a) half of Minneapolis torched by mobs with the National Guard and police nowhere in sight, b) the nuttiness of CHAZ, and c) nightly attacks on Federal buildings in Portland would significantly increase Trump's 2020 vote share in Minnesota, Washington, and Oregon. Welp.
