I was pleasantly surprised to see that this article discusses the Psion 5, which I had and loved. I recently acquired a Gemini PDA, which has a similar form factor and keyboard, and runs Linux and/or Android, (I run just Linux). Alas, it doesn't take AA batteries. It has an internal battery, which is recharged in the usual way. Battery life isn't great.
