How hard is it to make this case based on the stock price in May 2020 vs now? It is currently up over 4x since the tweet.
- etaioinshrdlu 6y agoIt does seem like it would be hard for the investor to have standing in this case. Although if the investor sold because of the tweet, but the stock went up, in some sense the investor was harmed by the tweet, so that might qualify. Not a lawyer.
