Yeah we have a dashboard product as part of our offering and the main problem is that it’s just a mess of data thrown at the user to dig through. Our big initiative is to turn it into actionable information or guided experiences so that users can accomplish some specific goal.
- monkeydust 6y agoOut of interest, if you know the goal (user has specified) and you have actionable information to get to that goal can you just automate the steps to achieve it? I know this depends a lot on the business your in.
