This could have been a good report, assuming that the data supported the facts that the reporter wanted to prove. It is a shame that this reporter has no idea about statistics. He got good data shaked it up and made some intuitive claims.
Don't misunderstand me. I opposed the irresponsible opening of that factory when we didn't have the facts to know that making that move was safe. But when you are going to look back and make a claim using data, you have to know what you're are doing. Statistics offers many ways to compare the situation inside the factory with what is happening outside. You just need to use them and justify why you are using them before reaching a conclusion and making a claim.
I would want to believe something different, but this report is garbage.
