You could sit the whole thing in front of a normal desk fan until you can get a usb one, if everything else seems functional.

- d3nj4l 6y agoI've mentioned this in a sibling comment, but my concern with that is that it wouldn't be enough for a 45W CPU that runs fairly hot.
