I think an independent implementation would help. Personally, I think SQLite is a unique project which is of such high quality that independence is unimportant, but others do not see it that way.
- hajile 6y agoWe now have three steaming piles of indexedDB garbage that are still (last I checked) implemented on top of sqlite anyway. I don't see how anyone could think the world became a better place after the change.
