- luckman212 6y ago...and even if you had the absolute WORST timing and invested $10,000 in AMZN at the 1999 peak of 113, it would still be worth $270,336 today.
- tonyedgecombe 6y agoAnd the market may be in for a slight tumble; Fed chairman Alan Greenspan is widely expected to raise interest rates. The Dow Jones went from a peak of about 16,000 to a low of about 11,000. Interest rates did go up briefly but not for long.
