Can you explain how "big data" applies to the desktop, and how linux is falling behind?
- extension 15y agoI'm not sure that I'm using the term correctly, but what I mean is this: if control of personal data becomes all that matters then which OS you use may become unimportant and Linux may lose it's raison d'etre unless it can offer something unique to that cause e.g. http://freedomboxfoundation.org/ http://freedomboxfoundation.org/
