It's trivial as a US resident to use binance.com using a VPN. There is no KYC requirement and they do nothing to block VPN IPs.

- FDSGSG 6y agoAnd a fake ID scan costs about as much as a VPN subscription... If we're going by what's "trivial", no amount of KYC will ever suffice.
