I dunno, I had a lot of friends from poorer families. Their computers were shared and usually not the best, but I never saw anyone without any access at all. Group projects were regularly done remotely on Skype after school to do homework (admittedly to my chagrin as I didn't have a Windows machine to run Office). Is there more reliable data on this?
