Looks really good. This seems like it would be a great alternative to AirDrop if support is added to enough platforms. One issue I have with it is, if it's p2p having a speed limit seems silly. Note: I'm obviously thinking from a user perspective, I'm sure others, especially non-technical people might find this reasonable. From a business perspective I suppose it does make sense.
