I don't think so. Anyone who's buying this stolen art and finds out about it understands that they got scammed because it didn't come from the original artist. It may feel worse to the artist because they can see someone making money off their work more directly rather than through ads such as how it happens on YouTube for instance, but it doesn't decrease the value of their art if they were to sell it themselves.
