- dang 6y agoAnyone with karma > 30 can flag comments - see https://news.ycombinator.com/newsfaq.html#cflag https://news.ycombinator.com/newsfaq.html#cflag. There are various ways to get banned, but the relevant ones in this case involve moderator intervention.
