I don’t understand what benefit anyone sees in passing a blatantly unconstitutional law. It’s just going to cost taxpayers money to unsuccessfully defend it in court. Are people really impressed by wasteful grandstanding?
- labster 6y agoI don’t know. If you insult a cop to their face, they’re going to find something to charge you with anyway. Maybe the main effect of it just increases police transparency.
