- trhway 6y agoUnfortunately the protests are illegal according to the Russian law. This is why all these criminal cases there. Even more - they are investigated by the "investigators of especially important cases". > At least not to any democratic standards. Well, that unfortunately doesn't save the participants from being brutalized by police, charged and punished with some getting real prison time (for example if it is the 3rd time of being arrested at illegal protests)
