- lotsofpulp 6y agoMy experience is 40%+ in high demand areas. Even in a low demand area, land cost is expected to be 20%+, and this was pre Covid. - funkaster 6y ago200k land (1 acre in Tahoe area), roughly below 2MM construction. 10% might be lowballing, prob it will end close to 15%.
