OctoPrint is great. I use it with a modified Ender 3 Pro and Cura + Cura's OctoPrint plugin. Having said that, I have been very curious about https://github.com/meteyou/mainsail https://github.com/meteyou/mainsail. I can't quite tell if it'll work with Cura so I can just hit "print" from the slicer and have it go, but the UI is quite slick and free of a lot of random notifications, etc. that come with OctoPrint.
