Show HN: No/Low code in-app onboarding guides for SaaS businesses
- esbenfjen 6y agoHi, I am one of the founders of Userflow, a no/low-code platform to build onboarding guides inside your SaaS app. Appreciate any feedback.
- nqnielsen 6y agoWish we had known about this before building our product tour in intercom :) Will definitely try userflow for our next product!
- esbenfjen 6y agoSounds good. You can always switch as well ;)
- HatchedLake721 6y agoWas about to mention Intercom’s startup offer, then found similar offer on your site. Just submitted the form
- esbenfjen 6y agoyes you can see the requirements here https://userflow.com/bootstrappers https://userflow.com/bootstrappers
- seilund 6y agoSebastian, the other founder of Userflow, here :) You'll also be able to build much more advanced and in-depth flows with Userflow, not to mention checklists, launchers and surveys.
- stanislavb 6y agoYou can consider some of its alternatives, too https://www.saashub.com/userflow-alternatives https://www.saashub.com/userflow-alternatives
- lyonlim 6y agoLooks good and something we could use until I saw the pricing. If it’s guided towards onboarding new users, having the MAUs factored into the pricing structure means we’ll keep incurring costs even when the customer is a prouser. Does MAUs only count when they are brought into a flow?
- esbenfjen 6y agoHi there, Everybody who hits the userflow.js will be counted as a MAU Userflow also works great for retaining users who already converted. E.g. with Launchers you can highlight new or unused features and with surveys you can ask them satisfaction questions. Happy to give a demo and discuss further if you like?
- joshsabol46 6y agoAny benefits over Chameleon?
- esbenfjen 6y agoI can speak a bit more to Userflows general strengths. Userflow is really strong when it comes to usability - The flow builder is advanced (branch flows, if this, then that, theming etc.), but easy to use We also have strong version and environment control.
