Huh. I have a 2021 Outback with Eyesight. I don't think it does any facial monitoring. The lane-keeping is more aggressive than the 2017 model I had previously, but beeps at me for not being hands-on enough. As far as I can tell, this definition of "hands-on" means slightly fighting with the steering wheel at regular intervals.
