    It is praise, but it’s also obvious to anyone who knows anything about India. This person knew nothing, was my point. And yet they talk so much about related subjects.

  I read it as a praise for Indian internet. And let's be honest. In spite of my aversion to the big telco magnates, Jio was a huge improvement over the status quo. I will agree that German internet is shit compared to Indian internet.
