That's an interesting take, and I considered originally mentioning an AI that could auto-tag groups of messages. I honestly wrote this as a starter simply because I don't think there's nearly enough attention on innovation in chat-related spaces. To some degree that means our present products do a good enough job, but at least from observation, I think those products lack a bit of out-of-the-box thinking that I tried to present here.
