CDC researchers: CDC misinterpreted our research on opening schools

  Alberta has had open schools since Sept 2020. No issues at all. A few minor cases trivially handled by the new procedures. Honestly I find it bonkers that the US still has many of their schools closed.

    Eh, the US so incredibly mishandled the pandemic that we ended up with >400k unnecessary dead. The fact that school weren't handled well is just one aspect of the failure.

  Remember, the CDC was utterly compromised for the last four years. It was being run by a quack and its researchers denied access to epidemiological data. Expecting it to be functioning again immediately after years of assault and damage is unreasonable.
