I'd caution against judging people too harshly based on their reaction to lockdown conditions. There are some people who I like a lot, but I've been completely unable to socialise successfully with them online - for whatever reason it's awkward and I've just toned down contact until I can see them again in person once things get back to normal. Also, a lot of people I know are reacting badly to lockdown (depression/etc) - I have no ill will against them for being weird/not being able to keep things up.
- cbogie 6y agothis resonates a ton with me. i’m known as an extreme extrovert and i love people and make friends out of the pure joy. not to say i don’t have an internality equally as core to my identity - but this year has been extremely difficult for me because zoom/ft/whatever just does not bring me the fulfillment in-flesh time together does. it’ll end someday but it’s been a major bummer. hugs to all - we’ll get through it.
