- peteretep 6y agoIt’s copyright by the author and you are not licensed to use it
- anewhnaccount2 6y agoSince it's been distributed to you, you implicitly are allowed to use it unless told otherwise, but possibly only for private use. Most websites, for example, are copyrighted, but you are allowed to read them.
