Interesting that there aren't currently measures in place to account for the location of both parties in a case involving domestic abuse. The prosecution had a great eye to notice and police were quick to respond. The prosecutor's facepalm when the defendent comes back online on the victims phone is just icing on the cake. The judge seems completely blown away that this is able to happen too, hopefully there will be an investigation into how hearings are held and measures put in place to account for the locations of both parties to prevent this happening again.
