- bmau5 6y agoThanks for sending this! One aspect of our test we're excited for is the ability to profile viruses, fungi, and bacteriophages since we use Shotgun Whole Genome Sequencing on the microbes (vs. a technology like 16s that only profiles a single bacterial gene).
