Yes it is published to IPFS and Hypercore. The footer has the ipns:// and hyper:// links, and they "<a href>"-linked to IPFS and Hypercore gateways. You can access them directly on the DWeb networks with browsers like Brave (for IPFS), more on that here:

- leephillips 6y agoInteresting initiative. I must say, I find it a bit amusing that a project that seeks to “reduce or eliminate central points of control on the web” uses GitHub, even to tell me this. The entire point of GitHub (which I use when I have to) is to take an utterly decentralized and distributed tool, Git, and turn it into a (largely inferior) central point of control.
