- haltingproblem 6y agoA "blight on Soviet Science" is redundant. "Soviet science" was science blighted by soviet ideology. The achievements of soviet scientists stands as testimony to their perseverance and skill in-spite of the crushing weight of ideology. One wonders what they could have achieved in those 70 years absent that crushing force.
