I always find it weird that people feel compelled to talk to the very end of a scheduled meeting. 30 minutes or one hour is exactly the amount of time you needed to cover the discussion topic? What a coincidence! On the other hand, I also get strange reactions when I end meetings early. "Well, that's all I had to say. Talk to you later!"
