is this that stupid corporate trend where they try to analyze employee productivity with data?
- aleccortega 6y agoToday, many companies already do this in some form to better understand their business's health. Without it, a business is just spinning its wheels. Today, there are OKR solutions that try to measure and analyze every employee, which can have the inverse effect turn into micromanagement. Commonality intentionally avoids this by focusing on the team and department level. The goal is to build a better culture, not ruin an existing one.
