As far as employees who have families, can't they just go poly if they don't want to risk being fired?

This perk gonna reduce hiring pool by a factor of 2-4. The unhealthy atmosphere is caused by other people in and around the company knowing, and discussing, what’s going on. > can't they just go poly if they don't want to risk being fired?
